Currently major site decisions are taken based on cube tests, but most of the cube tests are unreliable and inaccurate due to a variety of reasons. CPCMMS provides real-time data of the concrete’s performance by indigenous and affordable Industry 4.0 technology. This data is extremely valuable for making the concrete construction – Efficient, Effective and Safe. SOLUTION – Using this Industry 4.0.C driven methodology, we give real-time data of the behavior of concrete from its fresh state to its solid state. This data is extremely valuable for taking onsite confident decisions regarding safety, time, speed, economy for construction of concrete structures, to warrant – Assured safe and efficient construction. Concrete behavior is monitored using temperature sensors and this data is then stored in the meters and subsequently transmitted via Cloud to the end user \u2013 Anywhere, Anytime, for All.
