A smart glass is a device comprising of the frame, processor, camera, fingerprint scanner, iris scanner, microphone, speaker, and Augmented Reality display. The device reduces blind spots and provides better longitudinal and lateral control for two-wheelers. It features critical event detection and alerting system thereby enhancing driver awareness & safety. The device provides audio-visual and navigational cues with the help of near-eye augmented reality display which can be used to visualize Information pertaining to the vehicle, GPS and also has a calling ability. The device can carry out UPI payments using the front camera and biometrics through a scanner. Situational intelligence is developed by implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning models which processes the information and feeds it into the designed algorithm. The intelligent logic of the device optimizes the driver’s response time reducing the driver’s cognitive workload & rewarding good driving behaviour. It also provides automated emergency notifications.
