What is problem we are solving
There is a need for an affordable Manure Racking Machine for large scale poultry units with a capacity of 5000 birds and above. Raking operations are necessary to maintain a hygienic environment in broiler poultry farms, but they are tedious, time-consuming, and labor-intensive, which affects the personal health of workers. Inefficient waste handling can lead to the mass casualty of birds due to the generation of poisonous ammonia and nitrogen gases, leading to financial loss for farmers.
The available machines are costly, consume high amounts of power, and are unable to rack efficiently and perfectly, leading to problems such as surface hygiene, bird respiration, water and dust, user health, vibration and sound effect on birds, and perfect recking. For these issues, our startup has developed an innovative and eco-friendly solution Advanced Poultry Racking Machine that is more user-friendly, efficient, and able to solve the various challenges associated with poultry waste handling.
The Advanced Poultry Racking Machine developed by Starktech. is an innovative & eco-friendly solution to the tedious and time-consuming task of raking in broiler poultry farms. It is a walk-behind wired model that can efficiently rake larger areas in manual mode, providing high efficiency with safety from casualty.
The machine is designed with Taken care of various factors such as surface, bird respiration, dust flow, user health, vibration & sound effect on birds. It is lightweight & vibration-free, making it more suitable for poultry. The value proposition of this machine is that it reduces the labour cost and time consumed for raking, leading to a cleaner and more hygienic environment for birds. It also addresses the problems of mass casualty of birds due to generated poisonous ammonia & nitrogen gas, bird death, financial loss for farmers, and lack of technology implemented in waste handling in the poultry industry.
